Un nou început A new Beginning

Ce ar trebui să scriu în momente ca acesta? Adică după şase luni de la ultimul articol şi multe schimbări în existenţa mea.

Poate doar că îţi dai seama câte ţi se întâmplă în viaţă, când ai clipele tale de linişte. Abia atunci poţi să te detaşezi, pentru un timp, de tot ce este în jurul tău.  În astfel de situaţii, acel mecanism sensibil 90-10, pe care mulţi nu îl cunosc, funcţionează perfect.

Despre ce este vorba cu acest 90-10. În viaţă, o analiză simplă, arată că trăim între două planuri: ce gândim, cum ne exprimăm şi cum acţionăm, pe de-o parte şi ce ni se transmite din exteriorul nostru, în relaţia directă cu alte persoane.

S-a demostrat faptul că doar 10 la sută din ceea ce ne este dat să se întâmple, vine din afara noastră, aşa cum spuneam. Restul de 90 la sută sunt reacţiile noastre, gânduri, exprimări, acţiuni fizice, la ce primim.

De aceea, cu cât putem păstra mai mult echilibrul comportamentului nostru la acele lansări negative,  care ne sunt transmise, cu atât ne putem genera o stare de bine, care să ne protejeze.

Este, într-adevăr, un exerciţiu greu. Cum ai putea rămâne impasibil când cineva te înjură,  inventează totul şi te umileşte permanent? Foarte simplu: îţi aduci aminte că lucrurile acelea nu te afectează, pentru că sunt minciuni, pentru că au fost lansate doar pentru interese meschine şi  că nu pot dura.  În timp, echilibrul se restabileşte, conform legii universale. Iar acele persoane, care trăiesc în obscuritate, stagnează în evoluţia lor. O evoluţie dată ca destin de undeva, din afara sferei lor de înţelegere. Aşa că, la cei 10 la sută primţi, trebuie răspuns cu 90 la sută, pozitiv. Pentru că balansarea se realizează prin mecanisme pe care mulţi, nu le vor înţelege în această viaţă.

Pe 2 noiembrie am trăit marea bucurie să primesc titlul de cetăţean de onoare al oraşului meu natal, Vălenii de Munte, un loc minunat, ca toată Valea Teleajenului, de altfel, cu oameni frumoşi şi inteligenţi, aşa cum sunt mulţi în România.

Şi tot la Vălenii de Munte, mi-am lansat primul roman, Noaptea Sufletelor, o carte cu tineri, despre tineri şi trăirile lor, într-o lume în care, drumul pe care mergem acum este departe de cel stabilit la origini. De aceea, am scris pentru toţi aceia care, mulţi fiind, vor căuta adevărul, vor schimba prezentul şi vor crea un nou viitor.

What should I write in moments like this one? I mean six months after the last article and many changes in my existence.

Perhaps you only realize what’s going on in your life when you have your moments of silence and you can detach for a while of everything that’s around you. In fact, when you create your moments of silence, because you are the one who decides. That sensitive mechanism 90-10, which many do not know it, works perfectly.

What it is. In life, in a simple analysis, we live between two planes: what we think, how we express and how we act,in one hand and what is transmitted to us from outside, in the environment in which we live along with the people we interact with, on the other hand.

It has been demonstrated that only 10 percent of what is given to us comes from outside, as I have said, from the relationship with others and from what is happening around us. The rest of 90 percent are our reactions, thoughts, expressions, physical actions, of  what we get.

That is why the more we can keep the balance of our behavior in those negative or positive launches transmitted to us, the more we can generate a state of well-being that does not affect us.

It is indeed a difficult exercise. But how can you remain impassive when someone swears you, inventing everything and humiliating you all the time? Very simple: remember that things do not affect you, because they are lies, because they have been launched only for dirty interests and because they can’t last. Balance is mandatory. And those people who live in obscurity are stagnating in their evolution, given as a destiny from somewhere outside their sphere of understanding. So of that 10 percent you receive, you have to answer 90 percent, positive. Because the balance is coming from elsewhere.

On November 2nd, I was delighted to receive the title of Honorary Citizen of my hometown, Vălenii de Munte, a wonderful place, like the entire Teleajen Valley, with beautiful and intelligent people, as many are in Romania.

And also in Vălenii de Munte, I launched my first novel, Night of Souls, a book of young people, about young people and their experiences, in a world in which the road we are going now is far from that original one established in the beginnings . That is why I wrote for all those who are many, looking for the truth, change the present, and create a new future.
